solid stay, some minor hiccups

separate sinks daily coffee quick responses

I had a king room. it had two separate sinks, convenient. i found sufficient coffee, sugar, and milk provided daily. the staff was helpful. I appreciated their quick responses to requests.

I noticed a distinct smell of smoke on my floor. I found it unpleasant. the pool area was smaller than expected. there were not enough sun loungers available around the pool.

the reception staff demonstrated a good approach and provided helpful assistance. i found the guest operation manager, nithin prem, especially attentive. their efforts.

warm staff friendly staff tidy room hotel facilities

i found the staff very warm and friendly. ramkumar from housekeeping ensured my room was tidy daily. he always kept the room perfect for my family. staff and hotel facilities were awesome.

the room i stayed in felt a little small in size.

The breakfast had adequate variety. Most options tasted delicious. a few more cheese selections would be welcome though, and the hot water for tea could have been hotter, it really could.
